Avian influenza virus antigen test card (colloidal gold method)

Avian influenza, also known as true fowl fever or European fowl fever, is an acute, highly lethal infectious disease of poultry caused by avian influenza virus (Avian Influenza Virus, AIV). As a feature.

The reagent is used for detecting common antigens of avian influenza virus in avian trachea and cloaca secretions, and can be used for screening and aiding diagnosis of avian influenza virus infection.

[Principle]

This reagent is made by the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic test (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane with the colloidal gold label. If AIV antigen is present in the sample, the detection line will be purple. Red, no color response if AIV antigen is not present in the sample.

This reagent selects AIV-specific monoclonal antibodies and uses the sandwich method to measure AIV common antigens. High sensitivity to detect all subtypes of avian influenza virus. Good specificity, no cross-reaction with influenza B virus, Newcastle disease virus and other common viruses of poultry.

[Sample preparation]

1. Use a cotton swab to swab about 0.1g or 100ul of fresh poultry excrement or laryngotracheal secretion. (Sample collection directly affects the accuracy of test results, and should be ensured to be correct and sufficient.)

2. Immediately insert the cotton swab into the sample tube containing the diluent. Stir the cotton swab thoroughly until all the samples on the cotton swab are dissolved in the diluent. Squeeze the cotton swab on the wall of the tube and discard, and leave the sample liquid to stand by.

Note: Excessive stool samples may cause erroneous results (such as black bands, etc.), and can be diluted with sample dilution solution before testing.

【experiment method】

1. Tear off the aluminum foil packaging bag of the test card, remove the test card, and place it on a flat, clean surface.

2. Pipette the prepared clear sample supernatant with a matching pipette, and slowly add 2-3 drops (about 60ul) into the sample well vertically and slowly.

3. Leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to judge the results, and the results over 30 minutes are invalid.
