swine fever antibody rapid test card

Use of swine fever antibody test card

It is used to detect Classical Swine Fever (CSF) antibodies in pig serum/plasma/whole blood samples.

Swine fever antibody test card experimental principle

The swine fever antibody test card uses a colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique to detect a swine fever antibody in a sample (serum, plasma or whole blood). Gold-labeled inactivated swine fever antigen (Au-Agl) was pre-coated on glass fiber paper, and hog cholera antigen (Ag2) and rabbit anti-swine antibody were coated on the nitrocellulose membrane on the detection line and the control line, respectively. When the test sample is positive, the hog cholera antibody in the sample combines with the colloidal gold-labeled hog sputum antigen (Au-Ag1) to form a complex, which moves forward along the strip due to the chromatography, passes through the test line and is pre-coated. The swine fever antigen (Ag2) forms an "Au-Ag1-swine antibody-Ag2-solid phase material" immune complex and agglomerates, and the free gold-labeled antigen is bound to the rabbit anti-swine antibody at the control line. Color development. Negative samples were only developed at the control line. The operation is simple and fast, the result is intuitive, accurate, high sensitivity and easy to judge.

Swine fever antibody test card composition

1. Swine fever antibody test card 50 copies

 2. Instructions 1 copy

 3. One dropper 50 pieces

Swine fever antibody test card operation method

1. Using a 1.5 ml sample tube, 0.5-1 ml of blood to be collected is naturally precipitated or centrifuged for 10 minutes or so to precipitate the serum.

 2. Place the swine fever antibody test card on the table, use the pipette to absorb the test serum, and add 2 drops of about 80~100ul into the oval sample hole of the swine fever antibody test card. The result was determined by reacting at room temperature for 20 minutes. (If the swine fever antibody test card is stored at 4 ° C, it must be returned to room temperature before testing)

The result of detection of swine fever antibody test card

Positive: A purple-red line appears in each of the control line area (C) and the test line area (T). The darker the color of the test line (T), the higher the titer of the hog cholera antibody.

egative: Only a purple-red line appears in the control line area (C).

Invalid: no purple red line appears or purple line appears only in the detection area (T), and no purple line appears in the control line area (C).
